Assistance in Accessing and Maintaining Employment
We understand and support our NDIS participants in choosing and achieving their unique career objectives in living a confident, respected and independent life as they wish.
We offer a variety of in-home care services, including assistance with the transition into the workforce for those with disabilities or chronic medical conditions. We also work closely with these individuals to help them keep their jobs.
We assist in accessing and maintaining employment for anyone who requires professional and friendly exceptional support! We extend our support for both employees and employers and can be provided in the workplace and outstation.
We are excited to invite all individuals with disabilities, regardless of age, including students who are of working age to attend and take part in this program with us.

We provide the following types of assistance:
- Pre- and post-employment job support
- Support in group job preparation and
- Supports to help school leavers find employment, enabling a smooth transition from school to the job market
- Supporting further education and training for NDIS participants
- Instruction on how people might go from ADE to open work
- Job-seeking support skills like developing a CV or boosting confidence in students
As a registered NDIS provider, our support team at Rise2Shine Care are all ears for all that you have to say. We are passionate about extending special assistance to differently-abled communities to seek, find and maintain employment they would like to choose and are talented in.
